World class cyclist, Mick Curran, offers Coaching Programs, Bike Fitting, Lactate Testing and Power Profile Tests. He also teams up with highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists and massage therapists to offer so many services to cyclist and non-cyclists alike. 
Allow him to pass on his knowledge of training and racing which has seen him break World Records and win World Titles, World Cups and multiple National Championships.

BIKE FITTING

• Desire to increase power and efficiency? 

• Once you’ve completed the sizing process, fitting a bicycle comes down to the contact or connection points between the cyclist and their bicycle and adjusting those moving parts on the chosen bicycle. These five connection points (9 on a time trial or triathlon bike) are the right and left foot, the pelvis, and right and left hands.  Even if your bike is not the correct “size,” as long as you get the connection points in the ideal place, you can still achieve a good and comfortable bike fit.

You will receive a custom-developed program with continued support targeting your specific goals using Training Peaks online.
Because you will be treated like an individual, your program will be custom-developed around work, ability level, family and other time restrictions.

TESTING

EVER - A more accurate test than the 20min estimated FTP Test.

Complement your training and racing with a massage from Amanda, an excellent massage therapist who treats you as a person, not just muscles.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiozest provide individuals with evidence based, up to date treatment options to alleviate your pain and get you back to full fitness and function as soon as possible.
At Physiozest we provide longer treatment sessions, 60 minutes for an initial appointment and 45 minutes for a follow up appointment, to allow a thorough assessment of your individual injury, quality treatment and home exercise planning.
